SUPPORT FOR VISAS

Visitors from other European Union member countries may enter France bringing either a passport or their national identity document. Visitors from other countries must have a valid passport and a visa if required. Inquiries regarding visas can be directed to French diplomatic representatives abroad. On request, the Congress Secretariat will be pleased to send letter of invitation to individual participants. Invitations of this kind are intended to assist potential delegates to raise their travel funds or obtain visas. They do not imply any commitment or responsibility on behalf of the Conference to provide financial support.

If you need an invitation to attend the conference for supporting a visa application, please contact the conference organizers conference@eamt2010.org and we will send you an invitation.

You should inform us of

  • your name and address,
  • passport number,
  • company/institution,
  • name and location of the embassy/consulate to which you intend to apply for a visa.
